Calocephalus (Asteraceae) 2:345
Tasmania has two species of Calocephalus. These are both small, rare herbs of dry places. The distinctive feature or this genus is the flower heads clustered into a spherical head. Leucophyta (formerly included in Calocephalus) is a shrub with similar compound heads.
