| This species is
a large shrub with sticky, obovate leaves. It grows in forests and
woodlands in moderate altitude to subalpine areas. The leaves
are broadest above the middle, green (but not glossy) on the upper
surface but with a mealy covering of small hairs on the lower surface. |
