Lepidium africanum (Brassicaceae) not in the Student's Flora

Lepidium africanum (Common Peppercress) is an common, erect weedy herb that grows in open, mostly grassy, disturbed places. It is very similar to the subalpine native species, L. pseudotasmanicum, but the basal leaves are not pinnately divided.
