Schoenoplectus (Cyperaceae) 4b:93 |

Tasmania has
two native species of Schoenoplectus. They are both large,
semi-aquatic plants (living in boggy ground on or in swamps). They
have erect stems and leaves arising from creeping rhizomes. The
inflorescences are at the ends of the culms, but are subtended by
erect bracts. |
