Leptecophylla pogonocalyx (= Cyathodes pogonocalyx; Ericaceae) not in the Student's Flora

 

Leptecophylla pogonocalyx (= Cyathodes pogonocalyx) is a dense shrub with sharply pointed leaves typical of the genus. It is a widespread species in southern and western Tasmania growing from sea level to alpine environments. The relatively short corolla tube of the male fertile flowers is distinctive.
