| Trifolium hybridum (Alsike Clover) is a more or
less upright, almost hairless, herbaceous weed with trifoliate leaves. The leaves
are on long petioles. The leaflets are widest
above the middle with a notch at the tip, 10-40 mm
long by 10-30mm wide. They are entire or have very fine teeth. The flowers are pink
or white and in round (but sometimes elongated) heads about 25mm
long. The heads contain 10-20 flowers.
