Ajuga australis (Lamiaceae) 3:557

Ajuga australis (Bugle) is a common native herb that is mostly found in dry areas, including coastal areas. The distinctive feature is the way that the flowers are clustered in the leaf axils. It is quite variable, with leaves that vary from densely hairy to green and almost hairless.
