Banksia serrata is a tree found in Tasmania only near Sisters
Beach and on Flinders Island. It is a small, robust
tree with large, narrow
leaves (8-16 cm long and about 1.5-2 cm broad) with regular teeth
and a lower surface that is paler than the upper but not covered in
white hairs. The cones are massive (often 8-10cm broad).
