Hymenophyllum cupressiforme (Hymenophyllaceae)

Hymenophyllum cupressiforme is a common native fern that often grows as a rainforest epiphyte, but will also grow in sheltered sites in drier forests and shrubberies. Like all filmy ferns, the leaf laminas are only one cell thick. The sporangia are in a cup at the edge of the leaf.
