Hymenophyllum peltatum (Hymenophyllaceae) |
|
Hymenophyllum peltatum is a common native fern that often grows
as a rainforest epiphyte, but will also occur on rocks in
well-watered subalpine areas. Like all filmy ferns, the leaf laminas
are only one cell thick. The sporangia are in a cup at the edge of the leaf. |
