Hypolepis rugosula (Dennstaedtiaceae)

Hypolepis rugosula (ruddy ground fern) is a very common and widespread ground fern in wet sclerophyll forest and rainforest, and especially after these forest types have been disturbed. It commonly occurs with Histiopteris incisa from which it can be distinguished by it finer, but somewhat harsher textured foliage.
