Isoetes drummondii (Isoetaceae)

Isoetes drummondii is an uncommon native semi-aquatic plant. It grows on mud in periodically inundated places. Like other quillwort species, the leaves are cylindrical and in grass-like clumps, but are quite flexible. The sporangia are not covered in a membranous layer (a velum).
