Pellaea falcata (Adiantaceae)

Pellaea falcata (sickle fern) is a moderately common native groundfern that grows in drier areas in eastern and northern Tasmania. It is a low growing plant with pinnate leaves which have the sporangia in a line extending around the leaflet margin, except at the tip of the leaflet. This latter character distinguishes it from P. calidirupium.
