Caesia (Hemerocallidaceae [formerly part of Liliaceae]) 4b:385
Tasmania has three native species of Caesia. These are moderately common native species that grow in wet heaths and grasslands ranging from sea level to the subalpine. The plants have several long, narrow leaves mostly growing at the base of the erect stem. The flowers are greenish-white to blue and in a terminal panicle. The plants have multiple fleshy tubers.
