| Distinguishing features: Looks like P. apetala, but with nice tidy entire margined leaves. P. elliptica is on the left with elliptic (unsurprising!) leaves that are glossier than the P. apetala leaves on the right, with a rougher texture and pointier leaves. P. elliptica is a beautiful ornamental species with striking yellow inflorescences and should be grown more widely. |
