The Latin American Film Festival LAFF 2019 is open to the public and the entire program is FREE of charge. All films will be subtitled in English. The countries represented in this festival include Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Panama, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala.
