Drop-in guided mindfulness meditation sessions for staff and students.
This is a drop-in experiential group mindfulness session that runs for 30 minutes, led by Dr David Lees, Lecturer, School of Nursing.
The Monday Mindfulness sessions are open to both university staff and students.
Please arrive on time to minimise disruption and make the most from each session. New attendees welcome. No prior experience necessary.
