Drop-in online mindfulness meditations run by the counselling service.
This is a drop-in experiential group mindfulness session that runs for 45 minutes, led by university counselling service. Please arrive on time to minimise disruption and make the most from each session. New attendees welcome. No prior experience necessary. Each session will include a mindfulness exercise and time for discussion if people are interested in this.
