In Tasmania we grow, cook and eat brilliant food.  We also waste it at an alarming rate. The good news is we can do something about it and the solutions are delicious.

Eat Well Tasmania is proud to launch the ‘Too Good to Waste’ campaign in Launceston. A short film that chronicles the journey Tasmanian food makes from paddock to plate and the incredible producers, chefs and educators that make this possible.

Join Eat Well Tasmania with the support of the University of Tasmania and Launceston Gastronomy in celebrating the campaign with a special screening of ‘Too Good to Waste’.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion hosted by Pro-Vice Chancellor Dom Geraghty. Refreshments will be provided.

Tickets are free. Limited spaces are available, reserve your place here
