DIY Salad - Tuesday 27 Sep, 11am-3pm, Hobart Apartments // Join us in the city for lunch and create your own tasty salad masterpiece. The possibilities are endless with a range of ingredients to choose from.
Online Wellness Trivia - Tuesday 27 Sep, 6:30-7:30pm, via Zoom // Think you know all the best tips and tricks to stay healthy and balanced? Put your knowledge to the test with this week's quiz!
Paws-itivity therapy dogs - Wednesday 28 Sep, 12-1:30pm, Lazenby's Central Sandy Bay // What could be better than dogs on campus? De-stress and hang out with the friendliest pooches around.
Yoga workshop - Thursday 29 Sep, 5-6pm, Studio Theatre Sandy Bay // Relax your body and mind with a gentle yoga class. Your instructor will take you through a range of stretches, including poses inspired by our Communities (Tigers, Devils, Dragons and Eagles). All abilities and levels welcome.
UniApp photo scavenger hunt - Over the course of the week, post a photo of you taking part in your favourite wellness activity. It could be reading a book, taking a yoga class or going for a walk - whatever feels good for you and your body. Random winners will be selected at the end of Week 11 to score some sweet Communities merch!
All events are free and open to all students.
