Want to start off the semester with a clear mind and sense of calm?
Join us as our Counselling and Wellbeing team take you through a 45-60min mindfulness exercise and teach you the importance of being present and aware.
Come along to the Studio Theatre in Sandy Bay, take a seat, and get comfortable. Our counsellor Suna will explain the power of mindfulness meditation and how it can help you focus better, regulate your emotions more easily, and build self-awareness and concentration.
She will then guide you through a mindfulness meditation practice where you will leave feeling calm, content, and ready to take on the semester.
