Join us every Friday at 2pm to 3pm at Level 2, 42 Melville St, as our counsellor Suna takes you through a 45 min mindfulness experience.
Discover the power of mindfulness meditation and how it can help you focus better, regulate your emotions more easily, and build self-awareness and concentration. Leave each session feeling calm, content, and ready to take on the rest of the semester.
Sessions run weekly from March 2023 (excluding Southern Tasmanian public holidays).
