Join us from the comfort of your own space for a 45 minute mindfulness practice via Zoom.
Every Thursdays from 12:30pm -1:15pm.
Our counsellor Suna will guide you through a unique mindfulness meditation each week. Build your skills of being present and aware, then take some of that Zen into the rest of your week.
