By making a gift to The University of Tasmania Foundation USA, you play an important part in the success of UTAS programs you choose to support. However large or small, your gift is important, and your participation makes a difference. A receipt will be issued for all gifts.

This scholarship was established through the generosity of the Foundation USA Board of Directors and other University of Tasmania Alumni and Friends in the USA. Two scholarships are available to recognise and celebrate student exchange and study abroad - one to support a current University of Tasmania student to study in the USA (outbound) and one to support a student from the USA to study at the University of Tasmania (inbound).

The Save the Tasmanian Devil Appeal (STDA) is the central fundraiser for the Tasmanian devil, administered through the University of Tasmania. Working in partnership with the Tasmanian and Australian governments and the Zoo and Aquarium Association, the Appeal is the philanthropic arm of the Save the Tasmanian Devil Program and delivers funds to high-calibre research and monitoring programs.

The Springboard to Higher Education Bursary Program provides much needed financial support for students at risk of leaving the education system at the end of Grade 10.

It goes beyond financial support - it demonstrates a vote of confidence in these deserving students and encourages them to pursue their academic and personal goals.
