Unit description:

Students will perform in two ensembles and, in consultation with music staff, are required to prepare a project proposal and then undertake an investigation in a chosen area. The project proposal should demonstrate a method of investigation that encourages a comprehensive exploration, development and refinement of project ideas. Projects may include preparation of a major solo/ensemble performance, composition of a folio of work, or recording original compositions or arrangements.
