Technical Recommendations:
- Echo360 recordings post July 2019 utilise HLS which enables an efficient bandwidth delivery, and automatically adjusts to the consumer’s internet speed
- D2L Brightspace Mobile delivery – limitation of other integrations such as ICB would apply
