Just getting a spinning circle when accessing Web Conferencing

When using Google Chrome to access web conferencing you get a spinning purple circle and it does not load.

This is due to an update in the Google Chrome browser.

1. To fix this you will need to open your browser and go to settings:

settings menu

2. Put in a search for the term third. Then press on Content settings so that this can be updated.

Click on Content settings

3. Un-tick the option "Block third-party cookies and site data". Press Done
