Accessing Zoom Web Conferencing in MyLO
Zoom is a high-quality video and audio online conferencing tool for desktops, tablets and smartphones. Zoom Meetings can be used for online classes, meetings, collaboration, and distance learning that allows you to participate in online with your lecturers and students.
Zoom is fully integrated with MyLO and can be accessed from within your units. You can access an upcoming Zoom Meeting directly from the calendar within your unit.
Log into MyLO. Select your unit. On the Unit homepage you will see your Upcoming Events within the Calendar Widget.
Press on the relevant link. This will open up a URL for you to press on and join.
You can also access your upcoming Zoom Meetings from within Content. Press on the Zoom Web Conferencing Link added within your unit.
From here you can view all the upcoming Zoom meetings. Press on Join to enter the appropriate session.
