Policy Framework Update

NEWS The Governance Instruments Review project has been introduced. Work has commenced on redesigning the existing policy architecture, thereby reducing the policy suite - the number of policy documents that exist. The new framework will be officially launched once this project is complete. In the interim all policy work will be contained to necessary work only.

A new University policy framework was endorsed by UET in January, and on 17 May, was introduced to the Audit & Risk Committee under the Compliance Framework. The new framework will officially be launched with a new intranet site soon. Questions regarding the Policy Framework can be directed to Gina Hadolt, Senior Advisor Policy, at Uni.Policy@utas.edu.au.

Delegations
The Governance Instrument Review project also includes the launch on 4 April of Ordinance 22 General Delegations, which will replace the current Delegations.
