Andrew is a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Law. His research focuses on comparative aspects of patent law. Concurrently, Andrew practices as a solicitor specializing in intellectual property law with a focus on patent disputes and therapeutic goods regulation.

Biography

Prior to studying law, Andrew practiced medicine, specialising in diagnostic pathology.

Since 2007, Andrew has practiced as a solicitor specialising in intellectual property law. His legal practice is focused on patent disputes and therapeutic goods regulation. He has acted in a number of Australia’s leading intellectual property cases over the past decade.

In 2015, Andrew completed an LLM at the University of Melbourne. He is currently undertaking a PhD in the Faculty of Law. Andrew’s doctoral research concerns comparative aspects of patent law.
