Over twenty five years’ experience industrial experience in a range of managerial and analysis roles in fields including operations, marketing and market research, business and process improvement, customer experience management, project and program management, and consultancy.

Prior to that worked as a college teacher and as an educational software analyst / programmer.

Steve has a keen interest in addressing mathephobia and making the study of quantitative disciplines more appealing and interesting to students and managers alike, not least of which by demonstrating the real world benefits of informed decision making
