Jenni has an extensive background in communications, media, and marketing. She has worked with the Tasmanian Coordinating Committee to deliver National Science Week since 2012 as the Communications and Events Manager and became the Inspiring Tasmania Manager in 2021.

Jenni has also been involved with Edge Radio 99.3FM since 2003 when she studied business at UTAS, and has acted as the President of its governance committee, Tasmanian Youth Broadcasters Inc., since 2017. Edge Radio is an independent, not-for-profit, radio station located at the University of Tasmania's Sandy Bay campus. The station has been providing low-cost, high quality, practical broadcasting training to students since day one.
Ever one to fill her hours, Jenni is also a Director at, and on the board of, March 4 Earth, Movember, but for the planet! Sustainability has lacked a sense of humour for some time, and the M4E team hopes to help every day Australians adopt sustainable habits by reaching them through pop culture and creative communication.
