Ms Ebba Herrlander Birgerson is a researcher with the Tasmanian Institute of Law Enforcement Studies (TILES), and a 2018 graduate of a Master of Police Studies. Her research thesis 'A Real Gap’: Consequences of Defunding Tasmania’s Reintegration for Ex-Offenders’ Program examined the impacts of removing a transitional support service on currently and previously incarcerated persons, service providers, and the community as a whole.
