This project will build on the existing PreDicta Pt service being provided to growers to assess the risk of soil-borne diseases caused by selected pathogens prior to planting. The purpose of this project is to undertake pot and field trials to contribute data on tests for the pathogens causing pink rot of potatoes; development of pre-plant disease risk assessment for potato early dying; combined risk assessment taking into account results of both soil and seed testing for common scab and Rhizoctonia as part of project PT15008.
