Phoebe is a member of the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture's Corporate Communications Team. In this role, she manages strategic communication projects to promote the Institute’s economic, social and environmental impact.

This includes developing and implementing targeted communication strategies, producing high-level publications, creative content production (including videos), stakeholder engagement and media liaison. Phoebe is also a member of the TIA Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (MER) team that is responsible for implementing a management system to  track, measure and translate research impact to key stakeholders.

Prior to this role, Phoebe was the Project Manager for the national Agriculture Learning and Teaching Academic Standards (AgLTAS) project. The AgLTAS project developed the first tertiary-level education standards for agriculture through a nationwide consultation with industry, graduates, and academics.
