The STEM Graduate Research day is a celebration of graduate research in the College of Sciences and Engineering, and an opportunity to socialise with fellow candidates, learn new skills and network with industry partners.

There are several activities on the day:

  • Two training workshops, to develop highly relevant skills for candidature and beyond.
  • A poster session, where you can win prizes for presenting your research. (Please note, it is a requirement of the CoSE Graduate Travel Scheme in 2020 to present a poster at this event.)
  • An industry networking event.

Transport and accommodation will be provided to students who are based at Inveresk, Newnham or Cradle Coast campuses. Please indicate when completing the registration form.

All CoSE PhD and Masters by Research candidates are expected to attend this event and must register by completing this form by 31 July 2019.

HDR candidates from other Colleges, researchers, staff and community members are invited to attend the STEM State Future Forum.
