The Australian Maritime College (AMC) Seafaring Scholarship is offered by the AMC to encourage high performing international students from India or Sri Lanka to study Marine Engineering and Nautical Science. Two (2) scholarships are available for Semester 1, 2020 and two (2) scholarships are available for Semester 2, 2020.
Available to high achieving international students from India or Sri Lanka who have an offer of a full-time place in one of the following AMC onshore courses commencing in Semester 1 or 2, 2020.
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Marine Engineering) 23R - Engineer Class2/Class 1 Phase only;
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Nautical Science) 23Q - Chief Mate/Master Phase only
Selection will be based on academic merit and the quality of the applicant’s 750-1000 word statement of purpose.

To maintain this scholarship students are required to achieve a Credit (5.0/7.0) cumulative grade point average (CGPA) in their eligible AMC degree units at the end of each academic year.
Each scholarship covers 50% of registered tuition fees for the duration of the course.
