Collaboration
We collaborate with multidisciplinary researchers from within the University of Tasmania, interstate and international to develop and deliver projects for government and industry to create insightful solutions and commercial impact.
Sense-T welcomes collaboration with researchers to apply for business enterprise and region-wide projects requiring data driven solutions that create impact. Registering interest in being a research partner with Sense-T is also welcomed to ensure we can develop the most effective research project team when developing applications.
We are also interested in hearing of your current or future projects that will benefit from Sense-T’s industry experience, sensor/telemetry solutions, advanced data analytics, and the development of data visualisation tools including apps, dashboards and comprehensive decision support systems.
Interns and student placements
We are active in encouraging the development of undergraduate and postgraduate students to become engineering and ICT professionals by accepting high performing student interns or student placements who work closely with Sense-T’s Research Engineers. Please note these positions are unpaid and are designed to provide students with experience working on real problems requiring real solutions.
PhD candidates
Sense-T is able to supervise PhD candidates in relevant areas. Please note that University of Tasmania scholarships are competitive and that eligibility requirements apply.
