Join the Tasmanian Branch of the Economic Society of Australia for a presentation from Philip Harrington.

Philip is the Senior Principal - Carbon & Energy for the professional services firm, pitt&sherry, and manager of the Carbon Energy Team. As an economist, he has been engaged in climate change and energy policy research, development, analysis and administration for 30 years. Philip has previously held the positions of Senior Executive Manager, Australian Greenhouse Office; and Division Head - Energy Efficiency Policy Analysis, at the International Energy Agency in Paris.

Philip's work focuses on the compelling business case for sustainable, high efficiency, and low or zero carbon systems - in buildings, cities, transport systems, products and industry.
