Eligible domestic students use this form to request to transfer from one UTAS course to another. Course transfer involves withdrawing from your current course and applying to study in a new course. There are some exceptions where you will need to submit a new application for your new degree. If you are an International student, you will need to submit a new application for your new degree. - Outbound Cross-Institutional Guidelines and Application Form (PDF 1.0 MB)
Use this form if you are a UTAS student wishing to study as a cross institutional student at another institution. A cross-institutional enrolment allows a University of Tasmania (UTAS) student to undertake study in single units at another institution and have those studies credited to their degree at UTAS. The application form is not an enrolment form for the other institution - you must contact the other institution for an enrolment form. More detailed information is included on the form document.

- Commonwealth Assistance Form [eCAF] (eStudent)
Use this form to request for a Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP. You will need to use this form to accept your enrolment in a subsidised Commonwealth supported place and to apply for a HECS-HELP loan (if you are eligible). Use this form to request a copy of your Official Academic Transcript or a letter stating that you have met the requirements to complete your studies. The charge for secure digital copies is $20; hard-copies will be available again from 2021.
- Replacement of Degree Certificate Request (Testamur) (PDF 418.3 KB)
Use this form to request a replacement of your degree certificate. A Statutory Declaration is included within your application. Testamurs can only be replaced if the original is lost or destroyed. Scholarships
- Alumni HECS Scholarship
Use this form to apply for a HECS scholarship if you are a UTAS Alumni. Whether you are interested in doing one or two units for personal interest or extending your qualifications with a new degree, these HECS scholarships will cover fees for up to 25% study load in any Commonwealth Supported program.
