It is a tool that enables you to look at significant moments, examine the how’s and why’s of the situation, and depending on the outcome, determine either how to avoid it or repeat it in the future. Learning how to apply critical reflection to your everyday life can not only help you to grow personally but also professionally.
In this course you will uncover the art of critical reflection by learning a simple four-step process. You will discover how to learn from your experiences, hone-in strengths or weaknesses, re-evaluate your decisions, recognise and eliminate bad habits, and generate new ideas and ways of working for the future. You will also improve your interpersonal skills by learning how to become more self-aware and empathetic of other people’s perspectives
By the time you complete the course, you will not only have insights into why something you have experienced happened the way it did, but you will also have a new transferable skill that you can utilise in all aspects of your life and workplace.
