About this short course
Conflict is a part of everyday life and is a reality we deal with in our families, communities, politics, and workplaces. Conflict occurs when individuals disagree, often due to a difference in perceptions, thoughts, feelings, values, or requirements. If managed well, in whatever context it occurs, conflict can lead to positive outcomes.
On completion of this course, you will have developed your interpersonal and conflict management and resolution skills and be able to apply various tools, and strategies in the workplace to generate positive outcomes.
