VIRTUAL CONVENTION - DAY 3

Join for a great lineup of keynote speakers including TIA's Professor Roger Stanley presenting 'MATS Shelf stable foods for supply system resilience'.

Day three of the convention is focused on the topic of Future Food Production.

We have another great line up of speakers. On day 3 we tackle food science, technology and socio-ecological change and look to future challenges and opportunities with Industry 4.0.  Our panel session debates Utopia or anarchy: Australia without food regulation.  Hear the latest on insects and cultured algae, cellular meat production, plant based proteins and 3-D printing.

Virtual delivery gives great flexibility – no matter where you are, you can participate, ask questions, interact with other participants, and, if you can’t make it for the live sessions, catch up with the recording later.

All registrations include attendance at the live event and access to all recordings after the conference is over.
