This event aims to bring Tasmanian heroes doing interesting fermentations to the table to share their activities and learnings whilst providing an opportunity for participants to learn about equipment and services available.
This Masterclass is brought to you by Seedlab Tasmania, the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology, and the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture.
