An irrigation coaching program led by the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture (TIA) began last year to give farmers customised advice and training to help them better manage their water.

Watch the video to hear about the key findings from the Water for Profit Program and some of the practical solutions farmers can access with their own irrigation systems. Topics include: design, flow pressure, system monitoring and maintenance and water quality.

The program is a collaboration with Pinion Advisory and is funded by the Tasmanian Government.

TIA is a Joint Venture of the University of Tasmania and the Tasmanian Government.
