In Australia we’re fortunate to have salad greens all year round, but it doesn't all make it to the supermarket shelf.

We're researching the factors that contribute to wasted leafy salad vegetables throughout the supply chain. This includes the resources used to get leafy salad vegetables from Woolworths’ distribution centres to the store shelves (including refrigeration, personal protective equipment and transport).
