How do I book a class online? I am already a member

To book a class online, please go into the Group Fitness tab, click on ‘Book Here’. Use the email you provided us as your username. If you signed up at reception, your password will be ‘unigym’. If you signed up online, your password will be the one you created when you filled out your details. If you’d like to be redirected go to the Active Carrot login page.

I no longer want to do the class - what should I do?

You will be required to log back into your account on Active Carrot and cancel through the Group Fitness tab. If you did not book online, please see reception.

I’m new to Group Fitness classes, is there anything I need to do before joining a class?

We suggest arriving early and letting the instructor know that it is your first class. They will help you set up the appropriate equipment and inform you of any specific requirements. It's also important to ensure you’ve booked into your session, and bought a towel and drink bottle for the workout.

What type of Group Fitness classes are on offer at Unigym?

We offer a variety of classes and the access is included within the cost of your membership fees. Check out our group fitness time table.
