Introduction
This Unit is concerned with Corporate Finance. The central issues in Corporate Finance are how to acquire and employ or invest funds efficiently. Concepts in Corporate Finance are explored as a set of ideas and principles that work together and their application to corporate financial policy decisions including dividend, capital structure and risk management.
