Euphorbia
helioscopia (Sun Spurge) is a common weed found especially in
cultivated ground. It is a soft plant with small stem leaves. It tends
to be slightly larger than the more common Petty Spurge,
E. peplus, and has a
distinctive whorl of leaves below the flowers. Also the bracts around
the tiny flowers do not have horns. |
