Euphorbia
peplus (Petty Spurge) is a widespread and abundant weed. It is
almost ubiquitous in gardens and is very common in cultivated ground.
It is a soft plant with small stem leaves. It tends to be lower
growing and smaller leaved plant than the similar, E.
helioscopia, and lacks the distinctive whorl of leaves below
the flowers. Also the bracts around the tiny flowers have horns. |
